Thanks for the info re: quiet periods. Why can't they just amend their S-1 if there's new info? Does that extend the SEC's review. Part of the article appears to point out that the whole process is a joke. If some companies violate the policy and the SEC stands by and doesn't do anything, it seems that they are allowing a precedent to be set. Thus, why can't our guys speak out? knc
