I believe when the analysts get back to their respective brokerages or funds and have had a chance to evaluate the call, we will see a re-newed interest in purchases. That would be perhaps Friday or next Monday. With the short interest at its present dizzy heights, we could easily see another spike.

Add. Particularly of note to me was Lev's statement that they would "aggressively pursue patent infringements".

The only major drawback to a non removable "life of the device" battery would be the instance where the device has been used until the battery has been completely discharged. I wonder how many consumers would purchase such a device unless it also had the capability of adding a "spare" until the primary battery has been recharged. I am sure that product design and marketing folks much smarter than I have researched and addressed these issues. Time will tell.

rli123,
Li batteries, if Cobalt is used, need to be enclosed in a container to prevent possible explosion hazards due to overcharging.

Li batteries from VLNC, using Manganese, does not have the explosion problem due to overcharging. It is possible to reduce the packaging costs and OEM's would not mind the cost savings. Ram
