I don't know the answer as to whom should be an alternative wireless target. I am unclear as well on how strategic wireless will be. Are business alliances enough to do the job? One would think they could be. With all the worldwide chaos concerning standards for wireless might building out one's own state of the art infrastructure be as good or better? After all gblx, level three and uunet did this in other areas quite successfully.
