All of Al Gores new promised programs total up to 2.3 trillion dollars. Trillion. That's a bunch. A;; the surplus until 2010 when he will no longer be in office if elected.

Let's see: (1) Record deficit under Reagan. (2) Record deficit under Bush. (3) Record surplus under Clinton.

But the Democrats had nothing to do with the surplus, right? The groundwork was laid by the Reagan and Bush administrations, right?
