My guess why cramer is shooting the deal, he must shorting icix, which has short outstanding almost 40 percent of float. That is probably why wcom is down so much today, try to keep a lid on icix. If wcom is really over paid icix judged by street action, then what is the explanation of $75 in March? As far as I know, digex's stake is more than icix alone, based on market value last Friday. Short term, stock price never rational. ZG(long wcom)
