I don't know about that. They are businesses competing with one another. Carrying someone else's program is promoting the competition.

the intention of the Bush campaign, as I had said, was that the shows be prime time and carried by all networks........

If that is the case, since that isn't going to happen, do you think they will change their debate proposals?
