We are seeing some signs that the Telecom Sector is at least stabilizing. Many stocks like AT shown here are close to 2 year lows despite strong growth, low P/E's and high dividends:

It seems to me that a tremendous number of stocks in this group are either tremendously oversold or have been tremendously oversold recently. This can't last because the selling is irrational now.
