No, I think it is idealogy and hatred for a would be predecessor is taking precedence over competetion. As two individuals, competetively, Al Gore is way ahead of GWB. That is my opinion with idealogy in back burner.

Neocon, this guy sums up really well about Dubya's lack of conviction (the reason why I keep harping that he won't be able to hold his ground). However I don't agree with this article entirely. Dubya is just not ready..
