..get us off our duff in the alternative energy arena... We have the technology.. We sure do. And people have discovered the alternative energy/fuel cell sector in a big way today. <g> Sheik Yamani had a point when he said the Stone Age did not end because we ran out of stones, and the Oil Age won't end because we ran out of oil. We are moving on to something better, though it will take some time. BTW, in the Letters to the Editor in the latest issue of Consumer Reports, a SF Bay area resident extols the virtues of his new Honda Insight, a gas/electric hybrid. He commutes 140 miles round trip everyday, and gets 64.8 mpg. He says, "This is not a family car. This is not a sports car. It is a commuter car."
