Jim, I agree about the NDX, just a technical bounce due to an extreme oversold position. I did not trade it, I was out sailing this morning on beautiful Lake Geneva (Wisconsin) in a 25 knot wind, it was great. A nice indian summer day, 82 & sunny.

Anyway, any offhand remark by any of the fed govenors or whomever can reset the downtrend. Or maybe they can keep it up for 3-4 days in a row? So, we get the churn, which the dictionary says is 3.> "to produce in quantity without regard for quality." I see no reason to take any position in the indexes right now, except for the SPX, and then just to daytrade long or short.

Question, are the tax payers of the British crown regarded as subjects or citizens?

And, we as market players need to seriously consider the effect and fallout on stocks of an Albert Gore president.
