Someone posted that Optimark is suspending their Nasdaq Equity trade facilities.

Isn't that positive for NITE?

Morgan,

I guess that means SA won't be commenting in the future.

Just wondering - if indeed NITE hired Robbie S. as an investment bank, would they also stop making a market in NITE? Or is a "Chinese Wall" enough? Otherwise could be used as a tip-off. Of course, I don't see what would be wrong with NITE announcing such a hiring, since it doesn't commit them to anything. However, if they did hire, and don't announce, that wouldn't surprise me, since NITE never felt it necessary to tell the owners (i.e. shareholders) of the company much of anything in a timely fashion.
