Qcharts, it feels like this is a one guy company operating from is basement. I think we all had a terrific "%?/&)%$£" day today as usual ?!

Thank you Michael for making it so easy. I've already sent mine. And put the form out on a thread I frequent.

Michael, What an excellent idea to bring the long-running Quote.com/QCharts situation to the attention of the financial press! I have been struggling with the problem for two years myself. The first time I brought it up on these threads, I was told that I'm wrong, it's all my ISP's problems (always Quote.com's stock answer, too).

Just this morning, my spouse & trading assistant became very frustrated because QCharts went on the blink shortly after the open, for the entire session. We tried different servers, to no avail. We couldn't find the tech support number on their website so we called their local Mountain View (area code 650) #. Their voicemail system instructs you to enter "1" for tech support, and when you do so -- it's not a valid extension. They often don't respond to tech support emails.

You would think that we could all dispute our VISA charges from Quote.com, since they are not delivering the promised services -- although they always promise to fix it. If there are any ambitious lawyers monitoring this thread, let's talk class action against LCOS, we've been mislead and there are a lot of us!!

And certainly, count us "in" on the letter-writing campaign!

Good trading, -Steve

It's Saturday morning! If you have not done so, please take five minutes to send e-mails to the media outlets listed in Michael's post.

Just do it. -g

Why dont you just quit using their services ? Im sure you have heard of TC2000, I.Q. CHARTS, and Quiken Quotes. I subscribe to all three and NEVER have any problems. It will save you alot of head aches. I used quote.com one month and quit because they sucked so bad. I couldnt take those kind of distractions when I am trading. I.Q. Charts is kind of generic but TC2000 is great.
