To be honest I have not been using QCharts or QFeed very much these days. So I have not noticed the problems as much.

Been considering a move back to PCQuote. Even the fellow who "sold" me on changing to QCharts from PCQuote changed back to PCQuote because of his problems. Tried RavenQuote but did not care for it much and it is based on QFeed anyway. I tend to think Lycos made a mistake buying QCharts. They do not support it as well as that fellow who created it and it dropped in quality as a result.

Anyway, because of my lack of interest in the program I have not noted recent problems and it would be out of place for me to forward the letter. I do wish you good results in your efforts; in my case QCharts became a secondary issue because I cannot get it to work properly in a Windows 2000 environment. So when I use it I have to boot up a notebook computer.

My failure to get QCharts Support to help me with it's problems in Win2K turned me off to the program, perhaps permanently.
