The SPR release doesn't worry me all that much.

It's how many more will releases will Gore/Clinton manufacture a high spin, cover story to justify? They can certainly find loopholes to circumvent any restrictions written into the original act which established the SPR. Just find a law or presidential power that supercedes the terms and limits of the SPR statute.

My guess is that once the next day or two have played out the initial reaction, crude may bump around in a narrow range waiting to see what comes next....
