The Kentucky House of Representatives is Democrat Party controlled. Why didn't Clinton, their leader, tell them not to pass that bill?

Most criminals are better armed than police. I bet the majority of confiscated weapons are anything but "Satruday night specials". Moreover, criminals don't buy guns from gun dealers, law abiding citizens do. JLA

If police have a valuable legal product they don't need, taxpayers deserve to have it exchanged for cash. Pure common sense. If police destroy valuable property belonging to taxpayers, they deserve to be thrown in jail. In the 2000 legislative session of the Kentucky General Assembly, lawmakers passed a bill requiring all police departments throughout the state to sell back to gun dealers at auction all guns confiscated from street hoodlums. No local choice.
