E*Trade said not to believe the chatroom.

Did they admit that had a problem at all or did they lie about that, too?

I would swear under oath that I have IOIed for a stock and I have seen values already in the form that were obviously entered by someone else (I have never, ever asked for 150 shares of an IPO) and that, on my first time through, one of the options that I was presented with was to cancel the existing order. I was seeing someone else's order.

If they deny that this is a problem then they are liars, plain and simple.
