Jay, You don't sound light hearted. Your description of the pump and dump was very clear and it was like seeing a picture of what has gone on for the last week or two. Here are some links to "new" on 648. No shares were sold, options were exercised. Out of $30K my husband spent for 648 back in the beginning, we have carried a 28K loss, which is now $29K - so 648 is worth just about $0. Several others have invested money, hopefully not that much, but we can afford to take that loss - what else do we have left. Also, I thought Katio(sp) was president of 648 (from finet info) but another name appears in the release as president. Concerned about the market -- welcome to the world. NT is our largest holding after we sold JDSU. We have SNE, I made my husband buy it. 9984 - you still have Softbank. People seem to be still in either because the worship Son or hate him for taking away their millions.LOL I don't see you in either category. I spent all of last night and most of today assessing all those @#$%@# stocks, trying to get the maximum cash out without selling the core investments (SUNW, TXN, ERICY, NT, NOK, SNE, CSCO, ORCL, HWP, MOT, NTAP, EMC, MONI (Marconi plc), net insight, datacraft asia, A and then a bunch of smaller holdings in small caps that tanked last April. We sold JDSU, SDLI, LU, QCOM, CREE, INTC long before they started down - but they went into TXN, NTAP, MONI - TXN has taken a hit and ERICY is about 50% loss). There are some palladium mining stocks, 2 are up, rest are down - total loss nothing to speak of. HK investments have Market value of $20K, loss of $75K or so - but they have been that way for 6 months and have basically written them off. Oh we have 168, not 128 (the brewery) that is fine.) We are fully invested - rest is in 3 Private Placements that are going nowhere in this market. I am not frantic, just trying to reposition funds. Oh yeah, Yahoo! @445 presplit - not my buy! think I would rather sell that and put it on the side or buy JNPR and BRCM. Since there are at least 60 stocks and I am listing them off the top of my head, I know I missed quite a few. Not sure what direction this post was going in, but I have gone of message. Trying to write this and help 6-yr old granddaughter paint punkin -- neither is looking very successful. I hope this makes sense. Have to watch movie with granddaughter.
