I tend to lurk, but tonite I'll add a couple more thoughts.

Engineer stated briefly what kind of analyst Mark Crabi has been concerning QCOM, but I'll add a couple of thoughts from the last couple of years since some of you have missed the fun.

Crabi has been neutral at best since QCOM was @ $5.00 presplit twice since 1998. He missed the entire run.
Crabi has been strong buy for ERICY well before they bot the infrastructure division.
Crabi then came up with the highest estimates for earnings not that many quarters ago, surley so QCOM couldn't meet them. Now somebody tell me, for an analyst who is neutral on a stock, how could he come up with the highest estimate of all analysts covering the stock?
I've read his latest report many times. He's leaving out much of the good stuff. He simply is full of BS.

Tony

PS OK, so I'll learn to hang glide off some of those cliffs in La Jolla if the Dr J asked me to <g>

QCOM edged higher on Instinet. Two large blocks are worth noting: 4:18 pm 25,000 shares at $69.6562
4:19 pm 60,000 shares at $67,0625
Hmmmmm.....

Sorry, but those trades are out of sequence. Notice that the bid/asks were 65 1/2 x 65 13/16 and 65 11/16 x 65 13/16, respectively. They are probably trades from earlier in the day that didn't get logged till late, IMHO.
