I guess it's who you get, but I couldn't cancel as Kile
couldn't find them, I have his extension and I taped
the conversation. So if they go and it's against me
I can show I did try to cancel.
What sucks so bad is it looks like this may become
the rule and not an exception. Kiles tone indicated
that waterhouse don't want any day traders.

A lot is to be said on just "who" the phone system hooks
you up with. I managed to get someone this evening after
several tries and 30 min of waiting but he was good, and
was able to find the orders.
Also he reassured me this was not a policy change but
a glitch that happened with a leased system.

I have been through worse over the years, and in looking
around it seems to be a part of on-line trading no
matter who you get.
At times it really tries my patience, I complained enough
today that this last guy promised me some free trades
next week.
