Calson; It can get frustrating , but keep in mind we
are most often dealing with people and some of them
have more on the ball and want to be helpful more than
others do.
The phone system is blind as to who you are or who you
get to talk to, ( it asking for the 1st 3 digits of u'r account is a waste ) however if you do find a few who seem to have more on the ball ( ask them for; and make a note of their extension number ) then use option 8 to go
straight to em.

In the case of a promise always get the
guys extension number , in most cases if it don't come
through if you go directly back to taht one he will
be motivated to fix it up faster than if you talk to one
who don't know jack about it.

There are a lot of times I say crap, @!*# but I need to
remind myself that at TD they have the same problems with help as any growing company does.
