You commentary PALES in comparison to what should be your main concern.

Take this to the bank, if there is anything left especially with short term options -

If Bush is not elected , IT WILL BE AFTER JAN 20, before this market moves and there will only be a slight Jan. effect.

You see what happened JUST AT BUSH NOT WINNING, there was a 100 point turn around on the futures last night going from up to down to drastically up to DRASTICALLY DOWN TODAY.

This is a tremendous Psychological Negative and will hang almost indefinitely if Gore is Elected. Don't believe the Bulls--- that Gore is good and Bush is bad for the market. The liberal leaders of the market will tell you that BUT the REAL investors in the market spoke today.

Hi jmac,

Personally, I don't think that any of these things will happen.

In an election this close, The House and The Senate will have their hands tied.
It will be difficult to get anything passed at all.
Especially with the Senate teetering even closer to 50/50 than it has been.

You must remember that this is George W. Bush we are talking about.
I doubt he will have the ability to sell much of his promises to the public.
Have you watched him speak?
Has trouble putting simple sentences together.
I don't believe putting deals together will be any easier for him.

One half of the country voted against him.
The other half of the country was split between those who believed in him and those who could not stand Gore.

Now put this President under pressure. With each stumble he makes, more and more support will be lost.

How many Supreme Court judges are due to retire in the next two-four years?

P.S. The FDA will reverse course on RU-48?
I would not mind seeing this happen...
