>>"As for remedies, there are many. From tossing out those ballots that went to Buchanan to having a whole new re-vote. That's what the judge will determine. "<<

Eliminating all Buchanan votes is among the legal remedies? How does Florida justify allowing anyone to vote twice in the same election? Got links to support this? We are in deep do do if that is one of the legal remedies. That is basically making a bad situation worse.

Speaking of humanity...... attempting to overturn an election by eliminating all Buchanan votes as a remedy is absurd at best. Allowing people to vote a second time with full knowledge that their vote will determine the next president scares the hell out of me.

Say it isn't so!

jmac,
As you are an attorney I understand your democratic bias. Most of my close friends are attorneys, matter of fact went to the KISS concert with Ron Motley's wife a couple of weeks ago.

CNN does not refer to ballot approval by dems. This is where we have a difference. You want us to protect these poor souls from themselves. That is not our job and if you were on the other side of the fence you would argue that point until hell froze over.

Jmac,

Re...the ballot did not conform with statutory requirements. Whether it has been used before or not is irrelevant.

I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden it is irrelevant because your candidate is losing. I wonder if you would be so vocal if the shoe was on the other foot and Bush was losing. I am "damn" sure the democrats would be singing a different tune about those ballots if Gore had the slim lead.

JMHO,
Joel
