You are right, there is a strong likelihood that the Florida Supreme Court will ultimately resolve this issue. Here are the bio's of the judges. It looks like Jeb had a hand in appointing one of them:

As Buchanan said 11/9 on Today, you don't need a Palm Beach County revote; all you need to look at is how the voter voted.

If there were many double/multiple punches for different races/issues, you throw the ballot out; if the voter voted straight Democratic except for punching 2 and 3 you can be sure this was a butterfly-layout-caused error. One by one in a hand count, these can be decided to be for Gore (or thrown out).

There may be enough of these to lock up the win for Gore, without having to go into any finer interpretation of errors and abuses (such as the checkpoint 1.4 miles from the Black church polling place, etc.)

1.Truth is that the same ballot was used in 1996.
2.It was designed by a Democrat supervisor of elections.
3.It was mailed out early.
4.It was in the newspaper.
5.It was on the wall at the polls.
6.It was approved by the democratic party
7.Cook county, Ill...(Daly country) uses the same type of ballot. Jesse Jackson didn't seem to have a problem with it when they elected his son to congress.
8.Buchanan got 8,000 votes in PB county in 1996, 3,000 in 2000. Dems were saying no way could Buchanan get 3,000 in PB County. He got 8,000 in 1996 on less of a turn out.

9. None of this surprises me because the ambulance chasers have conditioned people to never take responsibility for their own actions...

10. BTW, Our esteemed Congressman from Boca Raton, Wexler, well his brother in an Ambulance chaser, I believe...

>>>Florida Supreme Court may, in fact, decide the presidential election.<<<<

That may well be true but if it is decided that those 19,000 (maybe more if you include the people that voted only once but voted for Buchanan by mistake because of a deceptive and incorrect ballot) are not allowed to correct a mistake which is not all their fault it may take the National Guard to convince them that the decision of the Florida Supreme Court is right.
