No no no. Majority of Pregnant chads are usually old enough and mature enough for decision making. Take it easy on pregnant ones. I don't see any partial chad abortions while watching the TV. On an occasion there is this cruel individual who tinkers with a baby chad hanging on to the mother ballot just to make a point to the shameless viewers (like me) of this process.
