From what I understand also though, the law that Bush signed set specific STANDARDS that MUST be adheared to in ANY manual recount.

Florida has NO such standards ... of ANY kind. EACH district can set their OWN subjective standards in Florida.

PLUS they are NOT doing a manual recount for the WHOLE state, just 4 predominate DEMOCRATIC areas, and that is NOT fair.
