Joe,

re: "And there are 10s of judges, all Democrats involved as well. As are county election and canvassing board, dominated by Democrats. I think this campaign to remove the single Republican from the process and leave it exclusively in hands of Democrats is absurd and transparent."

I'll ask you the same question I asked before, are the election judges in your state crooked? Or are they folks just trying to do their duty?

re: "Do you have any evidence, or is this your assumption?"

I would say observation is more accurate that "assumption". The Florida Secretary of State has gone out of her way to put every obstacle she can in the way of a manual count. The Florida Supreme's seem to disagree with her on Florida law.

And as a minor point, remember all the judges that recused themselves in the Palm Beach county suits? Those folks weren't co-chairman of Bush's campaign. And judges are a lot less political than politicians.

Maybe she is just following her interpretation of the law, with no consideration of her political position. Right.

John

(BTW, at her last press conference, she declined to answer questions on advice of council. Not what you would expect from a Secretary of State that is just trying to perform her duty. As far as I know, she's the only Florida official that has done that)

The Buck will finally stop at the US Supreme Court. Now what is the political background of the associate Justices??

Frank.
