So what your saying is that you would take the statistical uncertainty of any single count over the the likelihood that an average of counts is closer to the true number.

Jhild, have you heard anything about partisans in some county (or counties) sending out applications for absentee ballots for members of their own party that were already almost completely filled out? I don't mean that the voting part was filled out, only the application. I heard this but I don't know if it was in 1 or more than 1 county. I also heard that if the application was returned and still wasn't completely filled out that they would finish filling it out for members of their party. Did you hear anything about this? Can you expound on it? Anyone?

I heard it was the republicans that had done this. If the absentee vote is more than 55% republican I bet you will hear a lot more about it.
