Bams, Instead of growing at 40% per year, NT will only grow at 35% per year. I suppose that is some reason for an adjustment in the stock price but wise people will hold for the long term. I know that none of this will separate me from my NT shares.

CSCO and ALA has increased.
ADI which plays telecom sector increased revenue forecast to 50%.
JDSU increasd forecast too.
INTC did the same with telecom business two weeks ago
Sprint incrased capex by 20%+
every major telcos is signaling significant increase in investment in next gen networks, and todat Bell South

bambs, you are right about the (bear) market so far. i have
noticed you keep warning about the tech high valuation since Nasdaq above 4200 and NT above 60 (not long ago). now nasdaq 3000 and nt below 40 with the rest of most techs.
for people who listen to you not buying overvalue stocks and
cautious about overvalue market, to them, you are a good guy. anyway, i just bought some NT today. I saw massive
insider buying lately, and buying a quality NT at 35 is much
beter of than it was few months ago.

bambs, I find it hilarious that NT's sales were considered light when they added 2 billion, or 38%, YoY. WCII is being financed by a number of big names because they are perceived to be one of the top 5 CLECs in the country. I have seen no evidence of dramatic margin declines. NT does have an inventory problem this quarter. if they are true to their word and this is a 1-2 quarter event, expect the mood to be much better. fwiw, I do not presently own NT. It is attractive at this level but I plan to wait for another run to nasdaq 2800. (I do not buy your 2500-2200 theory at this time). tp
