Amy,

SHE has not done anything wrong.

State Judge Terry Lewis said:
"Lewis ruled that Harris "exercised her reasoned judgment" in deciding to reject manual vote recounts filed after a November 14 deadline."

Now the state supreme court has decided that they will look at it.

You may interpret that SHE violated Florida statues, but so far, you are wrong.

Amy,
Not long ago the interviewed a lady who was a counting observer. (I think it was MSNBC). She was asked if she'd seen any irregularities. To the surprise of the asker she said yes.
She said she had seen 20-25 instances of ballots for Bush being "accidentally" placed in a Gore pile.
She also said that she had even seen a ballot with a chad out for Bush and one out for Gore AND the chad for the Bush vote had been replaced and scotch-taped back in so it would read as a Gore vote...whassup with that?
I believe the people around the country are starting to see the difficulty with hand recounting 1.5 million votes...
Perhaps they are also getting a little upset that the determination of their President could be decided over 3 FL that were allowed to get a hand recount where as their States were not...and a few misplaced piles of ballot cards...
