Hi, Ray...thanks for joining in! Liquid Smoke is OK if used in moderation...one - three drops max! I've not tried honey on the pole beans before, sounds good. I do use honey on rutabagas. Cut into chunks and just barely cover the bottom of the pan with water. Cover with about 2 T honey and let cook slowly. This is a great dish!

So how did that pork shoulder turn out? We love our grill and smoker and use them every weekend! My husband cooks THE best ribs in the world especially when they are topped off with my own sauce creation....this combination just can't be beat!

We are anxiously awaiting the Salmon Cream Cheese Log recipe! <g>
