Not as cute as "people of color"

The term "coloured people" is indeed much cuter than the terms "black people," and "African American people."

a) what you should have said was "people of color" (not colored people as you indicated and demonstrates either a lack of sensitivity or knowledge b) you state that West made his post "quickly and without any real malice"...how would you possibly know this unless you knew the man or his intentions?, c) you state that West may in fact be a Southerner that has referred to blacks as coloured all his life....so that makes it OK??!!...and finally, d) you state that you are "downright cool"...ever hear the one about those who have it don't have to flaunt it?
