Sorry, "trial lawyers" is shorthand for the plaintiff's bar who have had the Prez in their pocket for 8 years, and will continue to do so with Gore. It does not mean all lawyers (corporate, tax, estate) nor does it even mean all litigators (general defense work, contract litigation, criminal prosecution and defense). It means the small subspecies which runs the gamut from slip and fall crooks to sleight of hand crooks to big time crooks.

Reform of the legal system--sure, it's not hard, only about as hard as getting a vote on gun control through Congress.

Que seria,

The judges are lawyers. Clinton is a lawyer[he raised his right hand and LIED]. You along with 50% of the population don't see a problem. No need for any Reform; let them lie and delay and make motion after sickening motion and charge by the hour. Many systems have had to clean up their act.
When these guys are held to a modicum of efficiency and honesty; then I will sense a glimmer of hope.

Regards,

Anyer
