They didn't take the case involving recounts...unfortunately. But they did take the case on whether FSC overstepped their authority.

Hey, if Harris doesn't certify ANY results by December 12, the Florida legislature can appoint the Electors!

On the other hand, I don't think there is anything stopping her from tomorrow certifying the results that were in on November 14, and telling the Fl. Supreme Ct. "GFY, this is my statutory duty, as mandated by the legislature, and I am going to discharge my duties as I see fit."

The Florida Supreme Court didn't order her HOW or WHEN to certify the votes, just said she couldn't do it until tomorrow.

what about the 5 PM deadline this Sunday?

It still stands! Bush's team didn't ask for an injunction.
