CB, I figure she will. Then what? If Gore concedes to Bush, assuming Bush wins even with the recount, will the case still be argued before the Supreme Court on December 1st?

Hey, if Harris doesn't certify ANY results by December 12, the Florida legislature can appoint the Electors!

Gore's team has to be worried about the FL State Legislature intervening in the Supreme Court Case!

Cobalt Blue - Re: "The Florida Supreme Court didn't order her HOW or WHEN to certify the votes, just said she couldn't do it until tomorrow."

The FL Supreme Court said that SOS Harris must accept the amended returns filed by 5:00 pm Sunday.

That might be a much more difficult case for the Gore storm troopers to fight than they have had in the past few weeks. Each time they got their decision from the FLA SC, it was couched in terms indicating that they were still reluctant to seize this power from the other branch of government. Unbridled defiance would be telling them "Put up or shut up.". I think, faced with that, they would choose the latter.
