<If Bush thinks he won Florida then he should have no problem with letting Gore have his rightful and legislatively-sanctioned recount. Problem is, Bush knows he didn't win Florida, is attempting to bully his way into the presidency using his brother's Floridian influence--and that's where we're at today!>

Party -

Gore had his recount. And in the most democratic counties, using the most liberal view of what constituted a vote for their candidate, Gore lost. It is now time for Gore to concede the election. Everyone, including you, knows that Gore lost the election. It is over. And for many, it is Partytime.

Yeah, party lets really get thefacts straight:

"Although Gore has called for a statewide hand recount and Bush has refused, this actually is moot. The candidates don't run the election."

Gore only called for a hand recount of the entire state..if Bush agreed and in the same sentence called for a meeting of the two.
Obviously Bush agreed to neither at that time...never again has Gore on his own, unilaterally requested a state wide manual recount
why????
