Do you even understand the case..cmon..of course Gore is not envolved..that is hte beauty..it is independent... and a very valid and poinent deduction of the facts. The GOP is sweating this one..and it is what will bring the attention of the National media later this week. Are you astutely familiar with the details of the Seminole County case? Read the case again and keep the term "equal protection" in mind. GOPwingers were invited in to amend the ballot applications; DEMringers were not. That changes things. Now, once you've got equal protection down, read Florida case precedent law relative to the '97 Miami mayoral race. Florida courts actually have the power to statistically apportion votes, either by adding 'em or substracting 'em.
