There is a small problem with your hypothesis. There are instructions that require the person voting to assume some responsibility that the "machine" has correctly represented their choice. Remove chads, make sure it is on the pins, make sure you punch thru, etc. Sorry if I don't reply, but I have to leave my computer right now. HAGO TH
