I should add the the big variable that remains is old-/mixed-econ. As I have said a few times, when I look at them I think "I my God." -- if they turn and the bearish wave counts kick in then, well, Katey bar the door. I do not know how it will turn, but I know it will turn soon when all these permabulls are finding enlightenment.

probably correct. i think so too, it will take this fit of bearish exuberance to put in a low...
you have to filter this through the bear market lens though...just because a bear market is recognized (it took long enough as it were) doesn't mean it's already over. agree though that the tradable low is getting close.
