CAPITULATION = CSCO Breakdown

CSCO looks like it is getting ready to move one way or the other. Given the sentiment, I would be inclined to think down.

There may be significant capitulation for CSCO when/if the credit they have extended to customers goes sour.

CSCO support is at 37-38 and it should hold. I think,we may soon get an announcement about CSCO in DOW 30...
it may save the Nasdaq from a bigger crash...

O.T. Best "Beaten up" Quality Stocks Around

I would like to canvass for some opinions on what you think is the best value presently of the many highly depressed stocks.

I will assume all responses are bias.

EMC and SUNW seems best to me right now and I don't have a position in either but may have one soon.
