The parties (Gore and Bush) could have entered into a binding court ordered agreement to manual recount all the ballots. Gore offered it. Bush declined. Bush seems in a poor position to now argue the entire state should be manually recounted.

That is completely untrue. Gore has NOT been asking for a complete recount from the beginning. You know it, and I know it.

Spin such as that may work on someone else jhild. But I've been watching and paying attention to events.
