Judge Burton has earned my respect, regardless of the fact that he is of that other party. He's a good man.

Attorney Zack sure didn't do well with the expert witness on rubber. He sure doesn't seem to be a top drawer attorney. And, Boise seems to have a propensity to mislead. He misled the supreme court, he tried to trick Judge Sauls to sign an order, and they seem to being very loose and disingenuous with the truth even with their own expert witnesses.

I don't know, I think it makes more sense to keep hearing witnesses for a few more days. Get in the record the case as to the 50 ways the democrats have no position. This makes it much harder for the Florida Supreme court to reverse things. But it will be interesting watching. Tom Watson tosiwmee

I think we'll get to see this tossed out of court tomorrow. I've watched the entire proceeding. The democrats should be ashamed of themselves for bringing this case to court. It's an insult to one's intelligence. The democrats and Gore have lost all integrity through this trial and this appeal will surely be thrown out. The positive aspect to the trial is that it should remove any doubt in any one's mind as to who is telling the truth and who is the liar. At this point in time I could care less about what is said or done in these lawsuits because Gore should concede immediately before he destroys his party as he has already destroyed himself.
