Hi t2,

The oral arguments were completed after 11:00 p.m. last night...I suspect reason the decision will not be released until 2:00 p.m. is more due to the fact that the decision could not have been completed for a morning release...the ruling will be a written one, the Judge's clerks or staff have to have time to prepare and review it...
