On a state level, some states elect their SC Justices (in the case of Florida there's an oximoron for you!). California had a group of 3 Justices headed by Rose Bird years ago who just couldn't find a murderer they didn't like. They were sent packing by the voters after overturning every single death sentence that came before them.

Can you quote me the applicable law or Legislative procedure for impeaching SC judges.
