Guess Bush will have to go the US SC again. he lost the appeal !!!!

I have been listening to the Seminole county case. And it looks like Bush has a greater than 50% chance of losing that. If he loses he lsoes almost 5000 votes and the presidency. He will then have to appeal and may to go all the way to FL SC eventually. This btw is a different issue than the others so far.

OT Jozef,

You need to read the US SC's conclusions.

The US SC didn't bother with the 14th amendment issue.

If you think the US SC made an illogical leap, you are certainly entitled to your opinion, however, I suggest you read up on the briefings and filings before jumping to conclusions.

Regards,
