We will find out whether politics and partisanship trumps established constitutional precedent and law. I hope democracy prevails. One can hope so.

Oral arguments for Bush team saying if chad wasn't pushed all the way thru, not a legal ballot and should not be counted whatsoever, intent of the voter be damned. So much for the will of the people. Very sad.
