Earl is a pretty smart guy, I've been on RealTraders for years although I rarely read all the posts anymore.

Yeah, that could be a problem. Particularly if their system goes down and your stop is hit.

Just read a P-Mail that Lycos is taking control of passwords. Lycos owns QCharts, of course.

Atin,

They do seem to have problems with stops on stocks. Few people I know of use them to daytrade with. As for futures, NQ and ES, I trade them and the stops are very fast and accurate.

Does anyone know if Arc/Best enters their stops directly onto Globex?

Patrick,

IB (interactive brokers) Java TWS is supposed to be accessible by all now. Just go to the main IB homepage and there is a "Trade" button you click.
Those w/ Futeres+Options accts, however, can only look at it (no trades, not active). the programmers haven't quite worked out the bugs for FutOpt.

Atin,

my guess is you'll want to open at least 2 futures accts, in case one has an isolated problem or something. IB is adding more (electronic) products, but they are by no means a full futures broker.

(jeez, i missed reading this thread for one trading day and it goes off the charts)
