But then how do we "see" what we shall be using to trade on?

Like with BestDirect you can understand how it works before you fund the account. Here I could understand if it did not work but at least I expect to see a screen that show me the bells and whistles. I would not send them a check based on a screen with a few columns and a menu bar.

I have to go through the manual later.
