I've been there and I think 90% is possible.

A $3 million house there would go for $200,000 here in the midwest, no shit.

if people bot these houses in a boom on borrowed money and IF we go into a recession there may be mass siezing of houses by banks ...then prices could go for cheap...
actually that is my thinking as i am holding out on buying a new house until this mania is over and people begin to fear debt
