Hi Bud, I'm letting the Idiot Wave be the Sell SAFE substitute. Price will rise and sell until the cash cap is reached then a mix of vealies and sells will take place until the next buy cycle.

This is still somewhat experimental at this point. It makes for a bit more defensive posture with UOPIX or your NDX 2X fund.

Best regards, Tom

Sure enough, Bud, but when will the recovery occur? Nobody knows, but one of the guys I listen to on the radio, Bob Brinker, does not see a market bottom until possibly late 2001 or early 2002. He has been a pretty decent market timer, having his listeners go to 60% cash back in January of this year. This call followed many years of "100% invested" until that point. His buzzword now is waiting for the "Mother of all buying opportunities."

Does anybody here know of him or possibly listen to him on the radio? He's on both Saturdays and Sundays.

I'm running out of cash myself, and getting to the point where I will only be buying once a month (as per Mr. L's original suggestion in his book).

Sincerely,
RFH
