My biggest concerns for my RMBS position right now (other than market tenor) is the pending litigation with MU and others which may actually reach decision point in the next 5 months. The word on the street is that longs need to exit (read: be short RMBS) prior to some of the evidence being presented in a couple of those cases.... But, that may well be litigation bravado. enjoying wave 5, sandwich

Hello Bill RidaH, I enjoy reading your wave analysis, although I've read each one many time. I know nothing of wave theory but I have several questions if I may ask you. How long will wave 5 last? Zeev Hed says that if 33.25 is broken, then RMBS could fall to 16 area. Once wave 5 starts, how likely is it to break 33.25 and then fall to 16? If that would happen, what would happen to wave 5, would wave 5 start all over or would it revert to wave 4? Thank you for your time and have a great week. Thank You JK
